Just visit Dockmaster Maria and the Serendale Docks will host a bridge to the Crystalvale DFK Chain (for current players). This will introduce you to the DFK Chain. However, a few things will need to happen before you can travel to Crystalvale.
Because JEWEL is used to pay for gas fees on the DFK Chain, you will want to bridge your JEWEL for the native JEWEL gas token. A protocol is in place to automatically do this, so players do not need to take any special action to handle this.
On launch day there will only be the JEWEL <> xJEWEL pairing available. If you want to stake for CRYSTAL, you will also need to bridge xJEWEL in a separate transaction. If you would like to get some more xJEWEL and are wondering how to do it, you need to visit the Jeweler and deposit the appropriate amount of JEWEL, which will swap it for xJEWEL.
In order to make a matching pair of LP tokens, you must stake equal values of each token. For example, if you have 50 JEWEL, you can deposit 25 of those tokens to the bank, then you will receive an equivalent amount of xJEWEL for your LP pair.
Make sure you have enough JEWEL and xJEWEL for your trip to Crystalvale. You should also leave enough for transactions on the blockchain. Once you have enough, click on “Travel to Crystalvale”, configure your wallet for DFK Chain and you’ll be on your way!
You can travel to Crystalvale through the Docks after you have completed the bridging process in Serendale. Visit Druid Ulfur in the Marketplace to complete this process. Then deposit your JEWELS and xJEWELS in the Ice Gardens.
